KHC is a Progressive Wages Mark Accredited Employer which requires eligible staff will be paid in accordance to the Progressive Wages Model (PWM) developed by the respective tripartite clusters and supported by Ministry of Manpower, Singapore. The PWM requirements:

Sectors/Categories of Job

1. Occupational Progressive Wage for Administrators & Drivers

PWM structure for administrators and drivers. It covers the following occupational job roles:

  • Administrators which includes

    - Administrative Assistant
    - Administrative Executive
    - Administrative Supervisors

  • Drivers which includes

    - General Drivers
    - Administrative Executive
    - Specialised Drivers

2. Cleaning Sector

PWM structure comprises 3 wage ladders for 3 broad categories of cleaning jobs:

3. Food Services Sector

4. Retail Sector

PWM structure is for retail workers. It covers the following job-roles.

  • Cashier

  • Retail Assistant

  • Senior Cashier

  • Senior Retail Assistant

  • Assistant Retail Supervisor

  • Retail Supervisor

  • Retail Manager

5. Landscape Sector

PWM structure is for landscape maintenance.

6. Security Sector

7. Lift & Escalator Sector

PWM structure applies to lift and escalator maintenance employees who are Singapore citizens or permanent residents. This cover the following job roles:

  • Assistant lift and escalator (L&E) Specialist

  • L&E Specialist

  • Senior L&E Specialist

  • L&E Supervisor

  • Principal L&E Specialist

Statutory Leave Benefits

Eligible deployed staff under the Employment Act is entitled to the Statutory Leave benefits if they meet the following basic conditions:

KHC will provide all leave as per statutory provisions at no extra cost to the Authority.
