Progressive Wage
KHC is a Progressive Wages Mark Accredited Employer which requires eligible staff will be paid in accordance to the Progressive Wages Model (PWM) developed by the respective tripartite clusters and supported by Ministry of Manpower, Singapore. The PWM requirements:
- Are mandatory
- Cover all Singapore citizens and permanent residents employed in outsourced or in-house capacity in firms that hire foreign workers
- Based on specific training requirements as per the sector which could be in the form of Workskills Qualification (WSQ) training based on the respective Industry Skills Framework or approved in-house on-the-job training programme
- Set progressive wages set at each level to ensure that workers are paid wages that are commensurate with their skills and productivity
- Set the need to meet overtime wage requirements if workers worked more than 44 hours per week

Statutory Leave Benefits
Eligible deployed staff under the Employment Act is entitled to the Statutory Leave benefits if they meet the following basic conditions:
- The staff is covered under Part IV of the Employment Act; and
- The staff has served the employer for a continuous period of at least three (3) calendar months. KHC will provide all leave as per statutory provisions at no extra cost to the Authority.
