Pricing Methodology

Due considerations have been put in place to ensure that prudency has been exercised in the computation of the pricing. There is need to balance between prudency in the use of public funds, remuneration packages must remain attractive to entice the correct candidate with the necessary qualifications and skills to come on board and remain committed for the entirety of the contract period.

Components of Quoted Rate for DEPLOYED MANPOWER

The quoted billable amount for the deployed staff is based on the assumption that they will be hired based to fulfil the required job task. The components built into the billable amount to the Authority include:

  • Base Rate of Pay

    This is the basic monthly remuneration to be provided to the members of deployed team.

  • Performance Bonus

    We have incorporated into the salary of the proposed staff performance bonus of up to One (1) month that will be paid to the proposed resources subject to their good performance based on performance appraisal with the Authority’s designated reporting officers.

  • Approved Statutory Deductions and Contributions

    This includes all necessary approved contributions such as Central Provident Fund (CPF), Skills Development Levy (SDL) and other statutory contributions. Proposed increments to CPF have been factored.

  • Management and Operations Fee

    The cost of managing the provision of the manpower services which include but not limited to the following: project management, payroll management, recruitment and replacement management, leave management, preparation and submission of required reports.

  • Cost of Other Benefits

    Incorporated into the billing is the cost of the provision of providing:
    (i) Workman Injury Compensation Insurance as mandated by the Workman Injury Compensation Act
    (ii) Cost of Medical Insurance which provides for medical consultation at public and private medical clinics as well as Hospitalisation and Surgical Benefits as provided by KHC’s appointed insurer
    (iii) Cost of statutory leaves
