Performance Management Framework
Integral to the successful deployment of the staff is the effective management of performance expectations. KHC Performance Management Framework is based on a feedback system between the staff and their assigned Reporting Officer (RO) which ensures that:
- Clear performance expectations are set and a staff knows what needs to be done to be successful on the job;
- Work effort of the staff is congruent with the overall division objectives and that of the scheme as set out by client;
- Regular progress reviews (to be determined based on actual contract term) will be conducted to appraise the deployed staff and to determine the quantum of performance bonus if any
