Clear performance expectations are set and a staff knows what needs to be done to be successful on the job;
Work effort of the staff is congruent with the overall division objectives and that of the scheme as set out by client;
Regular progress reviews (to be determined based on actual contract term) will be conducted to appraise the deployed staff and to determine the quantum of performance bonus if any

Continuity of Leadership

In order to ensure continuity of leadership and key decision makers, the hierarchy of leadership will be that the Project Manager will be assisted by an Assistant Project Manager.
Employee

Employees will be briefed on their expected job roles including overlapping roles. Detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) and checklists for routine tasks will be identified and developed to ease transition into the role for new hires.
Monitor Government Advisories

In the event of a crisis, advisories issued by government agencies will be monitored closely and information will be relayed to employees whom will be required to adhere strictly to the published advisories.

In order to ensure continuity of leadership and key decision makers, the hierarchy of leadership will be that the Project Manager will be assisted by an Assistant Project Manager.
We will also seek to understand existing Emergency Response Plan instituted by the customers and brief them to the deployed staff on the site.

Employee details and their next-of-kin are updated on a regular basis
Monthly updated list of active float team will be maintained so as to activate them for service at short notice, in the event that any of the deployed employees are not able to report for duty
Chat group on Communication Apps created:

- For all deployed staff to allow for fast dissemination of critical key information, official government advisories and will be moderated by the Project Manager;
- For all deployed staff team based on deployment site to facilitate internal communications among team member on the ground and will be moderated by the respective assigned team lead
- Contact information of Key Personnel will be provided and is available 24/7
